-1 Cup Unsalted All-Natural Almonds
-1/8 Cup Olive Oil
-3 Sprigs Rosemary (De-Leaved)
-1 Tbsp Sea Salt
-1 Tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Pour Olive Oil into pan over medium heat.
-Allow Oil to heat before mixing in 2 Sprigs of Rosemary & Stems.
-Infuse Rosemary/Oil for 90sec-2min, then place Almonds into HOT oil.
-Stir intermitently to ensure an even coating Olive Oil & Rosemary over Almonds.
-Saute until Almonds Appear Golden Brown.
-NOTE: Do NOT cook TOO LONG… your Almonds will BURN.
-Once Golden Brown remove Almonds from heat & place in a bowl lined w/ paper towel.
-Sprinkle Salt/Pepper & Leaves from the remaining Rosemary Sprig over the Sauteed Almonds.
-Allow to cool for a 3-5min.
-SERVE WARM & ENJOY YOUR LATE-NITE SNACKING!
