-2 Cups Almonds (Roasted/Salted)
-6-8 Ounces Figs
-1/2 Cup Dried Cherries
-3 Tbspns Honey
-2 Tbspns Vanilla
-1/2 Tspn Cinnamon
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Pour ALL Ingredients into Food Processor
-Mix All Ingredients on a (CRUSH / Pulse Function) until THROROUGHLY Combined.
-Scoop Mixture & Form into Small (ie. 2 Tbspn) Balls.
-At this juncture… You have 3 ALTERNATIVES:
1. Place Balls into Refrigerator… Let Chill for 30-45min. Pull, Plate & DEVOUR!
2. Place Balls into Pre-Heated Oven @ 350 Degrees for 5-10minutes (MAX). Objective: Obtain a Crisp Shell w/ Moist Interior… DO NOT TO COOK THROUGH. Remove from Oven, place immediately into Refrigerator for 30-45min., Pull, Plate, & WOODSHED!!
3. Place Balls into your CRANIAL CALORIE CONSUMER, Directly from the Food Processor. We BOTH know your going to choose Alternative 3… Do NOT be Ashamed!!
