THE Breakfast Cassarole

INGREDIENTS:
-2 Lbs Hash BrownS (Make from Scratch or Purchase 2 16oz Packages)
-12-16 Eggs
-1 Lb Breakfast Sausage
-1 Large Can Mushroom Soup
-1 Lb Mushrooms (chopped)
-2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (finely shredded)
-1 Lb Center-Cut Bacon
-Salt and Pepper to Taste

METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Pre-Heat Oven to 325 Degrees.
-Place Hash Browns into HOT pan w/ 1/8 Cup Olive Oil.
-Mix thoroughly & Cook until GOLDEN Brown.
-Once cooked, place directly into bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
-Scramble eggs & Season to taste.
-Place Eggs on top of Hash Browns.
-Brown sausage & crumble on top of Eggs.
-Spread Mushroom Soup over top of Sausage.
-Evenly lay Mushrooms over top ofMushroom Soup.
-Liberally spread Cheddar Ceese on top of Mushrooms.
-Fry bacon until crisp and cumble on top of cheese.
-Bake for 50-60 minutes.
-Pull from Heat & allow to rest for 5-7min before serving this HOME BAKED DELICIOUSNESS!!

    The eggs will cook up during the baking cycle. Eggs are easier than denser foods like starches and meats. This looks very tasty!
