-1-2 Lbs Split Crab Legs
-2 Bottles Blue Moon Brewing Company’s Belgian White
-2 Lemons (quartered)
-1 Lime (squeezed of juice)
-1 Tbspn Cracked Pepepr
-1 Tspn Sugar
-4 Cloves Garlic (peeled)
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-In LARGE Stock Pot combine ALL ingredients (except Crab) & Combine THOROUGHLY.
-Place Crab into Beer Mixture & Allow to Marinate for 2-3min.
-Pull Crab, Place Steamer Insert into Stock Pot, Cover, & Turn Heat on HIGH.
-Once Liquid Boils, lay Crab over Steamer Insert.
-Recover Pot & Allow Crab to Steam for 5-7min, or until Crab cooked through.
-Plate & Serve IMMEDIATELY.

TURF INGREDIENTS:
-2 NY Strip Steaks
-1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
-2 Tbspns Olive Oil
-1 Tspn EACH Oregano/Thyme/Rosemary/Sugar
-3 Cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
-Salt/Pepper/Cayanne to Taste
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Combine ALL Ingredients, inclusive of Steak, into a Large Sealable Plastic Bag.
-Seal & Mix THOROUGHLY.
-Refrigerate Marinating Steak for 2 hours.
-Turn GRILL to Medium/High Heat.
-Pull Steak from Marinating Container & Allow to rest for 5-7min as Meat nears Room Temperature.
-GRILLING: Depending on Thickness of Meat (note: instructions are for 1″-1.75″ cuts)
-RARE: 3-4minutes per side (turning once) / Internal Temp: ~140degrees.
-Medium: 5-7minutes per side (turning once) / Internal Temp: ~155-160degrees.
-Well (NEVER Recommended): 8-9minutes per dide (turning once) / Internal Temp: +170degrees.
-Pull from Heat & let Steaks rest for 2-3min BEFORE Serving.
