SWEET POTATO INGREDIENTS:
-2 Med SWEET Potatoes
-1 Dash Cinnamon
-1 Dusting Nutmeg
-1 Hint Paprika
-Salt / Pepper to Taste
HABENERO SAUCE:
-2 Red Habanero Peppers (Chopped, MAINTAINING Seeds)
-Salt to Taste
WATER INGREDIENTS:
-2 8oz Glasses of Water
SWEET POTATO METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Pre-Heat oven to 400 Degrees & Bake Potato for 40min or until Tender.
-Pre-Heat Grill to HOT, as I am looking to SEAR, not cook through.
-Pull Potato from Oven & let rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
-Make 1-1.5″ Slices from one end of the Sweet Potato to the other.
-Place gently over HOT Grill, turning 1/2 turn after 3 minutes / 6min per side.
-Total cook time = 10-12min.
-Pull from Grill & Prepare to Serve.
HABANERO SAUCE METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Place ALL ingredients in Blender.
-Puree until SMOOTH & All Ingredients Well Combined.
-Serve at own RISK.
WATER METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Pour Water in Glass
-Wait until your Mouth is on Proverbial FIRE due to HEAT of Habanero & CONSUME Water.
-Repeat & Refill.
