-6 Oz Unsweetened Chocolate
-4 Oz DARK Chocolate (chopped / brownie topping)
-2 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
-2 Lbs Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
-2 Sticks Butter
-2 Tbspns Pure Vanilla Extract
-1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour (divided)
-1 Cup Hazelnut Butter (sub: peanut butter)
-1 Tbspn Baking Powder
-1/2 Tspn Salt
-1/2 Cup Hazelnut (chopped)
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees & Grease/Lightly Flour inside of Baking Pan.
-In a Medium Bowl, melt Butter, 1Lb of the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, & Unsweetened Chocolate.
-Once melted, pull from heat & allow to cool for a MOMENT.
-In a separate Mixing Bowl, thoroughly STIR Eggs, Vanilla , & Granulated Sugar.
-Stir Warm Chocolate Mixture into Eggs/Sugar… Stir & Set aside to cool to room temperature.
-In a separate Mixing Bowl, combine 1 1/4 Cups Flour, Baking Powder, & Salt.
-Stir into Cooled Chocolate Mixture.
-In ANOTHER separate Mixing Bowl, add final 1/4 Cup Flour to second Pound of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.
-Stir into Cooled Chocolate Mixture & Hazelnuts… Forming the Brownie Batter.
-Pour Brownie Batter into Baking Pan.
-Using a Knife, Fold & Swirl in Peanut Butter.
-Toss in Oven (uncovered) & Bake for 30 Minutes, or until Toothpick comes out CLEAN.
*NOTE: After 20 Minutes of Baking, Tap the sides of the Pan, Forcing Air Pockets to Escape.
-Pull from Oven & Set aside to cool until desired Temperature is Reached.
-Cut into Squares, Top with Chopped Chunks of DARK Chocolate, & SERVE!!
