-2 Tbspns Old Fashioned Oats
-2 Tbspns Ground Flax Seed Meal
-2 Egg Whites
-3-4 Tbspns Milk
-1 Scoop Chocolate (Isolate) Protein Powder
-1 Tspn Vanilla Extract
-1/4 Tspn Baking Powder
-1/2 Small Banana (optional), Chopped
-Dark Chocolate Chips (optional), To Taste
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Mix ALL Ingredients THOROUGHLY.
-Pour into Coffee Mug.
-Heat in Microwave, Medium/High Setting, for 90 Seconds to 2 1/2 Minutes.
-Pull Mug, Grab a FORK, & Enjoy this HEARTY Morning Treat!!
*NOTE: Microwave Settings vary slightly. I recommend Medium/High Heat Setting – Allowing Ingredients to Warm more Gradually.
