Beach-side Spicy BBQ Shrimp

Beach-side Spicy BBQ Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:
-3 Lbs Large Shrimp / Prawn (peeled & deveined)
-3 Tbspns Olive Oil
-2 Cloves Garlic (peeled & minced)
-2 Tspns Ground Cumin
-2 Tspns Chili Powder
-2 Pinches Granulated Sugar
-1/2 Lemon Juice
-1/2 Tspn Smoked Paprika
-Salt / Black Pepper & Crushed Red Pepper Flake to Taste
-Wooden Skewers

METHOD to the MADNESS
-Pre-Heat Grill to HOT
-Place Wooden Skewers in water for 15minutes to Soak.
-In a Small Mixing Bowl thoroughly combine ALL Ingredients (Except Shrimp/Prawn & Lime).
-Add Shrimp to Mixing Bowl with Spice Rub & Stir… Ensuring each Piece of Shrimp WELL Coated.
-Skewer Shrimp, 4-6 per Stick.
-Place over HOT Grill Grates for 4-6 Minutes, TOTAL… Turn Over after 2-3 Minutes on First Side.
-Pull from Heat & Set Aside to REST for 2-3 Minutes
-SERVE & DEVOUR!! :)

    THANK YOU for the Note! Editing ASAP!! Until then… YES lemon. NOT lime. Lemon Cut in half, squeeze, & LIGHTLY juice over Shrimp JUST AFTER pulled from Grill. :) Hope this helps. Again, Thank you.
