INGREDIENTS:
-2 Cup Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
-3/4 Cup Sugar
-2 Large Eggs (beaten)
-3T Dried Buttermilk Powder
-3T Vegetable Oil
-2T H2O
-2t Baking Powder
-1/2t Cinnamon
-1/2t Salt
-1/8t Nutmeg
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Mix Dry/Wet Ingredient Separate.
-Fold Wet Ingredients into Dry & Stir thoroughly.
-In Greased Doughnut Pan, Fill Cups with Batter 1/2 way.
-Bake @ 350F for 10-12 Minutes or Until Doughnuts are Plump/Golden Brown.
-Pull from Heat & Let Rest/Cool on Rack.
-Theses Doughnuts are BAKED – So, they must be healthy, right??! Serve in PAIRS… ONE FOR EACH HAND!! ENJOY!
