INGREDIENTS:
-4lbs Ribs, excess trimmed
-2 1/2 T Brown Sugar
-2 T Ancho Chili Powder
-2 T Smoked Paprika
-2 T Celery Salt
-1 T Cracked Black Peppercorn
-1 T Oregano
-1 T Granulated Garlic Powder
-1 T Onion Powder
-1 T Cayenne Pepper
-2 t Dry Mustard
-2 t Ground Cumin
-1/2 t Cinnamon
METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Mix thoroughly All spices in large bowl.
-Lay plastic wrap over baking sheet.
-Place meat over wrap/sheet.
-Rub all sides of the Ribs LIBERALLY with spices.
-Wrap Ribs tightly with plastic.
-Place in Refrigerated Cooler for 4-6hrs to Marinate.
-Pull from fridge & rest (still wrapped) for 30 minutes… Bringing back towards room temp.
NOW… Your are ready to put those tender, juicy Rack of Ribs over that FLAME!!!
