Red VELVET Crinkle Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
-1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
-2 Large Eggs
-1 Cup Powdered Sugar
-1/2 Cup Canola Oil
-2 T All Purpose Flour
-1 T Vanilla Extract

METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Pre-Heat Oven to 375ºF.
-Spread Parchment Paper over Baking Sheet.
-In Mixing Bowl Stir together Powdered Sugar + Flour & set aside.
-In Separate Large Mixing Bowl, thoroughly combine Cake Mix, Eggs, Canola Oil, & Vanilla.
-Scoop 1T of Cookie Batter at a time, Roll into a ball, & Repeat until all batter is rolled.
-1 Ball at a time, toss in Powdered Sugar/Flour mix, covering liberally.
-Place onto Parchment covered Baking Sheet, spacing 2-3″ apart.
-Slide in the oven & bake for 10-12 Minutes, or until Cracks in Cookie form.
-Remove from Oven & Allow to cool before serving.
