(Relatively) Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte

INGREDIENTS:
-6oz BOLD Coffee OR 4oz Espresso
-1 Cup Skim / Low-Fat Milk
-2 T Granulated Sugar, or to Taste
-1 T Canned Pumpkin Puree (NOT pie filling)
-1 T Vanilla Extract
-1/2 T Pumpkin Butter
-1/2 t Pumpkin Spice

-1 T Honey for Topping, to Taste
-1 Pinch Cinnamon / Nutmeg for Topping, to Taste

METHOD to the MADNESS:
-Brew BOLD Pot of Joseph (ie. COFFEE)
-In Sauce pan over Medium heat, Add/Stir all Ingredients, except Coffee & Vanilla.
-Heat until Pumpkin mixture – At the point of simmering remove from Heat.
-Stir in Vanilla.
-With an Immersion Blender on High speed, fluff the heated Pumpkin concoction, creating a froth-like state.
-Pour 1 Cup of the Frothy Pumpkin Mixture into a Large Coffee Mug.
-Slowly pour BOLD Coffee into the Center of the Mug, filling to the brim.
-Top w/ a drizzling of Honey & Cinnamon/Nutmeg, to Taste.
-Finally, SAVE that $5.00 bill & gas money – NO Need for a Drive to Starbucks this Morning!!
-Bottoms up, my Friends – A BEAUTIFUL Day is en Route!! :)

*Note: More Coffee / Espresso = Less Sweet Pumpkin Flavoring & vice versa. Have fun mixing to taste / Finding that right balance for YOU!!
