Fun news – The International Wine, Beer & Food Festival has requested me to headline their premier event on Friday evening, 11/21 – This is the largest culinary expo of its kind in the Midwest, with hundreds of wineries & breweries, & 10’s of 1,000s of attendees!!
My response to this request: “ABSOLUTELY!” So grateful for this opportunity.
As described on the event’s webpage: “This event is a Celebration of Culinary Crafts! Over 1,400 wines, beers, ciders and spirits from around the world along with creations from the area’s finest restaurants. The event attracts thousands of food and wine enthusiasts and offers a vast array of extraordinary tastings, cooking demonstrations, wine and beer seminars, restaurant pairings, gourmet foods, specialty items and accessories.”
As head Chef I’ll be leading a step-by-step demonstration alongside my friends @ iHeart Radio & Star105.7 – Presentation Title: Herb-Encrusted Prime Rib Roast & Cabernet Au Jus: 5-Star Homemade Holidays
We’ll demistify the process of working with the most intimidating cut of meat on God’s Green Earth – Dry-aged Bone-in Prime Rib Roast. I’ll share a host of best practices, tips & recommendations. A special guest will be on stage talking wine pairings.
